Date for Balloting of Lake City (M3 Extension) has been announced through an official confirmation letter received by files holder. It will be conducted on Friday; October 27, 2017 so all file-holders should keep their fingers crossed for this phase. It is the second balloting of Lake City to happen in short time span of three months. Earlier, balloting of Lake City (M7 Block) was held on August 14, 2017.

Eligibility Criteria for M3 Extension Balloting

All plot-file owners have been informed through letters that they will have to clear all their outstanding dues to qualify for balloting. The plot-file holders having any pending charges due towards Lake City won’t be considered for balloting phase.

M3 Extension Block, Lake City

The M3 Extension Block of Lake City has 10 Marla plot cutting available in its entire area. These plots are available at an easy installment plan making them economical enough for buyers’ interest.
